We were pleased to provide the Elwood Police Department with the funds to provide two ballistic windshields for their newest vehicles. It is such an honor to partner with law enforcement agencies to protect their officers!

We were able to visit the Beech Grove Police Department and donate a check to cover the cost of one windshield. We were thrilled to be a small part of their efforts to outfit their fleet of vehicles with ballistic windshields in honor of the 25th anniversary of the EOW of their fallen officer Bill Toney.

The Remember Officer Noah Foundation Inc partnered with the Elwood Police Department and others to fill 320 backpacks with school supplies for EVERY SINGLE K-2 Elwood Elementary school student. It was amazing to see everyone working together to fill all those backpacks in about 10 minutes! We are so blessed to have been surrounded by so much love today.

We were honored to attend the Third Annual Noah Shahnavaz Scholarship Fundraiser at the Elwood Elks. Jaleigh Crawford was the recipient of the 2025 scholarship in the amount of $3,939.39 in honor of Noah’s badge number! Jaleigh is a senior majoring in criminal justice. So thankful Jaleigh is moving toward a career of serving her community and making the world a better place, as Noah did!

The 3rd Annual Noah Shahnavaz Cops & Kids bowling fundraiser at Wells Lanes was a huge success.  The Remember Officer Noah Foundation was honored to be one of 25+ sponsors helping make Christmas brighter for Elwood community kiddos!  Not an empty lane (93 bowlers!) or seat in the house.  Great to reconnect with so many good friends.  See you there again next year!

Such a blessing to be able to grant two windshields to the Frankton Police Department today! This brings the total to six windshields donated to date. Our goal is to grant 39 windshields by 7/31/25! If you are a decision maker for a police department and are interested in a grant, please reach out!

We recently heard about how the Delphi Police Department was working on outfitting their entire fleet of police vehicles with ballistic windshields, and we knew we wanted to be a part of helping them do that! This past Friday, we went to Delphi to present a check to Chief LaMar to purchase one windshield.

We are actively working with 7 departments for another 15 windshields to be granted by the end of the year. This will bring us to a grand total 19 of our 39 main goal. Nearly half way there!

Thanks again to our supporters for helping us to extend Noah’s legacy!

We were honored to attend the Second Annual Noah Shahnavaz Scholarship Fundraiser at the Elwood Elks. This young man, Owen Hinchman, was selected to receive the 2024 scholarship in the amount of $3,939.39 in honor of Noah’s badge number! He is an amazing young man, headed to Butler University this fall to study criminology. This scholarship is funded in part by Remember Officer Noah Foundation and the rest by this fundraising event. It is such a blessing to know there are young people out there like Owen, who want to serve their communities and make the world a better place. Just like our Noah.

Thanks to the generous donations from all of you, the Remember Officer Noah Foundation has been fortunate enough to gift the Elwood Police Department three ballistic windshields for their fleet.

When Noah was killed, we felt directionless in so many ways. But we knew that we wanted to do something noble with the money that was donated to us through the Indiana Fallen Heroes Foundation and directly to Noah’s foundation.

It was the nature of Noah’s death that inspired us to choose ballistic windshields. We started with the initial goal of providing 39 windshields to police agencies within Madison County, in honor of Noah’s badge number. With your continued support, we have faith that we will continue to grow to reach and surpass our goal of 39 windshields, and be able to expand Noah’s legacy outside of Madison county.

We are proud supporters of the Annual Noah Shahnavaz Cops & Kids event.   We had a lot of fun at the fundraiser in November at Wells Bowling Lanes.  In December, FOP Lodge #82 was able to bring some joy to several children this Holiday season!

This was such a memorable evening filled with a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, raffle for custom engraved replica of Noah’s duty weapon, great food, live music, two bands, dancing, fireworks and the opportunity to award Braxton Davis the first annual Noah Shahnavaz Legacy Scholarship sponsored by the Elwood Antlers. We are proud to support this scholarship and wish Braxton the best of luck as he pursues a criminal justice degree through Vincennes University while working full time as a corrections officer at the Pendleton Correctional Facility.

We presented the first ever check from the Remember Officer Noah Foundation on behalf of the Lantern Road Elementary School Student Council, with a special thanks to the Indiana Fallen Heroes Fund, in the amount of $2000.39 to Lieutenant Marcus Shoppell, K9 Shanny’s handler to support the Elwood PD K9 program.

We are hoping for many more ways to support the brave men and women of law enforcement through Noah’s foundation in the months and years to come.
